Cherry Cordials

It’s what’s on THE inside that counts. Our maraschino cherries are gorgeous. Before we can wrap them, the cherries are drained and we remove the stems. We then wrap them in vanilla butter cream. These are best when they “ripen” for a week or two. A chemical reaction has to happen between the cherry and the vanilla cream… kind of like LOVE! Last they’re covered in chocolate and drizzle.
